The automotive industry is currently undergoing a change towards new drive technologies and autonomous driving. In particular, fully autonomous driving offers the potential for completely new interior concepts, from the moving office to a living room or bedroom to a mobile "virtual world" for gaming in the vehicle. Countless design possibilities for a future interior are conceivable.

In order to present possible interior concepts and highlight their influence on the fischer Automotive product portfolio, fischer Automotive initiated a cooperation project with the Transportation Interior Design course at Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences. In a semester project, concepts and solutions for future interior solutions were developed which can be incorporated into fischer Automotive product solutions in the future.
