In this way we meet and exceed the specifications, requirements and expectations of our customers.

Management policy of the fischer group of companies

fischer ProcessSystem (fPS)

In order to be able to always meet the increasing demands on our products and processes, we are continuously improving our processes with the fischer ProcessSystem. This is our company's own principle for the continuous improvement of our processes and an important basis for the success of the fischer group of companies.

Environment, Energy and Sustainability

Sustainability combines aspects such as environmental protection, technology and innovation as well as economic success and social responsibility. The fischer group of companies actively assumes its social responsibility. The principles for this are laid down in the fischer mission statement and take into account economic, social and ecological aspects. fischer plans its economic development with long-term and sustainable goals in line with social interests.

In the development and realisation of our products, processes and services, resources are used as sparingly as possible in order to minimise the impact on the environment.
We handle energy responsibly and use it as efficiently as possible. Through the recording and analysis of energy data, our business units and processes are systematically analyzed with regards to their potentials, so that measures for the continuous improvement of energy efficiency can be derived on this basis.

CO2-footprint

The fischer group of companies has been actively practising an environmental and energy management for decades. This topic is firmly anchored in the fischer mission statement and supports the Global Sustainability Goal 7 (SDG 7) "Affordable and clean energy". The environmental management system was already certified according to ISO 14001 in 1997. The successful implementation of an energy management system was then documented in 2013 with certification according to ISO 50001, meaning that fischer fulfilled the legal requirement two years before it came into force.
fischer Automotive is also actively working on reducing the CO2 footprint. Indirect CO2 emissions caused by energy generation at the energy suppliers are completely saved, as all European sites are supplied with green electricity. The Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) determined for the Horb am Neckar and Ivanovice na Hané sites is the basis for further measures to reduce CO2 emissions.

Occupational Safety

We take preventive and effective measures to prevent occupational accidents, work-related health risks and occupational diseases. First aid and preventive fire protection are an important part of our operational organization. We support the health and well-being of our employees through active health promotion.
